  • Video Depositions

A video record of a deposition can be a powerful tool and can communicate powerfully to the fact-finders. We capture the deposition using very high quality professional equipment. Objections are ruled on by the presiding judge prior to trial which allows the jury to view the testimony interruption free.

  • Mediation Documentaries (Settlement Brochures)

These documentaries provide a compelling presentation of interviews, narration, music, and computer graphics. Typically these have a running time of about 15 minutes and can be used, for example, to clearly illustrate the damages sustained by a plaintiff.

  • Activities of Daily Living (Day-In-The-Life)

This 20 to 30 minute presentation documents the everyday life of a severely injured plaintiff. It may include activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, etc and is produced without narration.

  • Video Recording of Will Ceremony

These videos allow the testator to explain decisions and to demonstrate mental competence at the time of signing.

  • Pre-nuptial Agreement Signing

As in the case of wills, documenting pre-nuptial signings can reduce future conflicts by revealing insights into state of mind and intent.
